How long have you been in business?
I have been selling real estate since 1997, about 15 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Working with buyers and sellers to find and sell houses, including research, pricing, marketing, contracts, negotiation, vendor assistance, inspections, and closing services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Working in real estate allows me to work with and help people with likely their biggest single investment. I enjoy helping people and making a difference in a successful purchase or sale.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Personal service and follow-up. I've had customers say they couldn't believe the responsiveness and level of service provided. I try to put myself in the place of the customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Coldwell Banker has about 20 locations around Atlanta, including my location at 3800 Mansell Road in Alpharetta.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Take Georgia 400 to Exit 8 at Mansell Road and go East about 2 miles. Turn left at the Shell gas station and our office is next door, facing Mansell Road.
What type of payments do you accept?
Agents are paid after a house closes. The sales commission is paid by the Seller, included with the price of the house.
Which areas do you service?
The northern arc of metro Atlanta, including Cobb, Cherokee, north Fulton, Forsyth and Gwinnett counties. Although I have closed in five counties some years, most of my sales are in north Fulton and Forsyth counties.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Coldwell Banker is owned by NRT, an investment firm that also owns other real estate companies and related firms.
What are your hours of operation?
It's pretty much 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., five or six days a week, depending on the customers' schedules!
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment you can give me is to refer me to your friends or co-workers when they need a good agent to assist them. I will work hard to merit your trust.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
